IP Rights

Intellectual Property Rights for NFTs can be a somewhat touchy subject at times. In order to make sure our NFT projects and their associated IP Rights are clear, we are planning to use a publicly available, on chain, immutable, CantBeEvil license provided to the public by a16zcrypto.
It is our intention to use the CBE-COMMERCIAL-NO-HATE license, which provides the Holder the right to:
Display, distribute, and copy the artwork
Modify and adapt the artwork
Use the artwork for commercial purposes
Sub-license the rights to the artwork or modifications or adaptations of it
The CME-COMMERCIAL-NO-HATE license, retains with AeonForge the right to:
Terminate the license agreement and all entailed IP Rights if it is found that the Holder has used the artwork in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, racist, hateful, vulgar, cruel, illegal or obscene, or that promotes any such activity.
We believe that once you purchase our creations, they are yours to do with what you will...to a certain extent. We do not condone any type of hate, abuse, or harassment; and want to ensure that our brand is never permitted to be used in that manner.
This license will be listed in the NFT metadata.
